Congratulations New Home — Handmade Neighborhood Scene Card

Description

There’s a moment after the closing — keys in hand, the yard officially yours — that deserves something more than a store shelf card. This handmade congratulations card captures that feeling in paper and ink: a charming neighborhood scene with a tall Victorian-style house, a burgundy vintage car parked out front, two sections of picket fence, a shady tree, and a little SOLD sign hand-lettered right in the yard. Every element was assembled by hand in Ypsilanti, Michigan. The house facade was custom-designed in Silhouette Design Studio and layered against a die-cut scene built from richly textured cardstock in olive green, sky blue, and slate gray. The Congratulations sentiment was die-cut and hand-finished in mint green marker along every edge — no two are exactly alike.

REPLACEABLE MESSAGE INSERT SYSTEM — These cards are made to be sent again! A standard 3.5″ x 5″ index card slides into the interior pocket. The recipient keeps the insert — the card keeps the welcome mat out. Snail Again. Made in Ypsilanti, Michigan by BKS Cards and Crafts.
