Congratulations Beach — Handmade Color Strip Coastal Card

Description

The whole beach is in this card — and it starts with the color strips. From deep cobalt blue at the top through periwinkle, seafoam, teal, sage, white, pale yellow, golden yellow, tan, copper, and warm brown at the base, every strip was cut individually and placed by hand to build a horizon that reads as ocean meeting sand without a single representational element required. Three metal die seashells — a starfish in warm gold, a conch shell in soft blue, and a spiky murex shell in blue — are scattered across the lower sand zone. A flowing white script Congratulations die floats across the center, elegant against the color gradient behind it. There is no base cardstock visible — the color strips are the card. Every element assembled by hand in Ypsilanti, Michigan.
