Making a Gleaming Mighty Mac rhinestone card

I was inspired to make the Gleaming Mighty Mac card because I saw an amazing photo by Bryan Byrnes Photography (http://bryanbyrnesphotography.com/).
This card took several sessions to complete. The complete duration over several days came to seven and a half hours.

The first draft of the design was too intricately detailed and did not cut well. But, I was able to make a full card. I liked the first draft, but it needed to be tweaked for better production.  For the first draft, I used scrap pieces of cardstock from my assorted stored scraps. For assembly, I used Art Glitter Glue and Stickies.

The 2nd version of the card came together better. After having some serious trouble cutting I had to take a break. After the breather, both my Silhouette and I were better and it all finished cutting well.

The assembly of intricate designs is the longest and most tedious part of the process. You have to be careful and precise when placing pieces down. I like using Art Glitter Glue and stickies.
